XPE working principle analysis

XPE is a common LED lamp with high brightness and high energy efficiency. Its working principle is realized by light-emitting diodes (LED), with a simple structure but powerful functions.

The working principle of XPE LED lamp beads can be simply summarized as the conversion of electrical energy into light energy. When a voltage is applied to the LED, electrons pass through the semiconductor structure, and a recombination process occurs at the PN junction, releasing light energy. XPE LED lamp beads are usually composed of chip, conductive adhesive, reflective cup, gold wire, substrate and shell. The chip is the core component of the entire lamp bead and is responsible for the emission of light, while the conductive glue is used to transmit current from the substrate to the chip. The reflector cup helps to concentrate the light, improving the brightness and concentration of light.
